Project lemonaid

About Us

Project LemonAid is a youth-initiated VIA project striving to create a positive and uplifting environment in healthcare institutions and social service organizations. By engaging other like-minded youth volunteers, Project LemonAid aims to uplift individuals and create a positive impact on their well-being. We hope to reintegrate patients and caregivers into society through fun activities such as arts and crafts and general befriending.

Project Mission

To spread joy to individuals in social and healthcare institutions by providing social support, and to raise awareness in the society about the healthcare scene.

Project Vision

Empowering Hearts, Enriching Lives

Our Community

Everyone needs a cup of LemonAid™

The LemonAid community is made up of teenagers from schools across Singapore, such as ACSI, SJI, HCI and NUSH. We host volunteer orientation for all incoming volunteers to go through expectations and possible scenarios. This is also a great chance for volunteers to make friends with like-minded people whom they will be volunteering with together! At LemonAid, we strive to ensure that no one is left out and that everyone feels happy while making others happy. If this team dynamic appeals to you, do consider joining us!

St. Lukes Hospital

About SLH

St Luke’s Hospital, named after the patron saint of the medical profession, was the first hospital in Singapore dedicated to the care of older persons. As a community hospital, SLH has expanded their services beyond the elderly to enrich more lives. It cares for 2,500 inpatients and 4,500 outpatients each year, regardless of race, language or religion. Acknowledging that illnesses may be long and chronic, SLH places emphasis on patients’ physical, emotional and psychosocial well-being.
